Bahrain: COVID-19 circumstances detected in 3 mosques
The Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments has closed three mosques after the Nationwide Medical Workforce for Combatting the Coronavirus (COVID-19) found circumstances in them.
The mosques, situated in Muharraq and the Capital Governorate, will probably be closed for 2 weeks so as to protect the necessities of public well being and shield worshipers, the ministry stated.
The report didn’t specify the names of the mosques.
The ministry warned that it might follow-up on the implementation of the necessary measures at mosques and intensify inspections to guard worshippers’ well being and security.
