If 18% is the NPA of a loan book of PSU of approx 200lac crore then the loss is 36lac crore!! Who is going to fill this gap? How much will the securities offered by the borrowers fetch? For example a single business group spread across its various business has a NPA of 300000cr. Its value remaining in business may not be more than 10000cr at best. So the loss may be 290000cr. How will this be handled? What is the responsibility of RBI as agency which inspects the bank books? Why no RBI official has been suspended in the last so many years? If anyone is interested to read my detailed article published few days back, please give your email I’d and I will be happy to mail it

If PSU banks fail it would cause a domino effect. The taps to shadow banking is controlled by banks. If banks cuts off supply onward chain will break

Hundreds of PSB managers looted and scooted ( retired ) , Let the IT dept. check the personal accounts and assets of these managers , which , if confiscated , I am pretty confident , would lead to the reduction of NPA by 20 % minimum..
