1. EC : – Following rules which are established by statuary provisions…parliament.
2. It clearly establishes Court martial employee can not fight where as Sadhvi is still undergoing trial. Hope you understand difference. Everyone is innocent unlessed proved guilty. Basically EC is just following rules which it is supposed to do…Apolitical and unbiased. otherwise lot of under trials are fighting elections…from oppostion parties..did EC cancelled their candidature?
3. A habitual drinking spoiled soldier who never performed tough duties was court marshal not for whistle blowing….
4. Regarding whistle blowing….see video youself..cant you see spicy veg handi beside which he intentionally forgot to mention.

I always watch and make notes of your videos. I this video( about the case of BSF jawan Tej Bahadur) army always follows chain of command and every soldier is expected to do so. I think jawan Tej Bahadur should have mention this situation to his seniors.
