Actor Sandeep Nahar, who was seen within the Sushant Singh Rajput starrer ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’, adopted by the Akshay Kumar – led ‘Kesari’ after which within the Sonakshi Sinha film ‘Khandaani Shafakhana’ died allegedly by suicide, final night (Monday, February 15). The actor earlier than his suicide had posted an extended publish together with a video on his Fb web page, by which he’s speaking about ending his life.

ETimes spoke to Shilpi Dasgupta who directed the 2019 movie ‘Khandaani Shafakhana’. Shilpi was, to say the least, aghast. She stated that she hadn’t realized the unhappy information about Sandeep’s demise earlier than we referred to as her. The director stated that she was baffled that Sandeep had taken such a drastic step. “I am really taken aback,” she stated.

Was she in contact with Sandeep, we requested? “Sandeep was very active on Facebook. Whenever there was a good role or function, he would always message. Whenever there was an opportunity to greet, he would do that.”

And the way had she forged him in her directorial debut, we requested? “Well, that was a process. Actors generally come through a casting director and auditions,” she replied.

“Sandeep was a fantastic gentleman, always very eager to help. He was also a very talented and devoted actor,” Shilpi added.
