Rajkummar Rao, Janhvi Kapoor, Varun Sharma’s Roohi first look out together with the discharge date
Ever since cinema halls and theatres are allowed 100 per cent occupancy, it appears like our filmmakers will not be losing anymore time and going forward to launch it in theatres. The primary massive movie to launch in theatres is Rajkummar Rao, Varun Sharma and Janhvi Kapoor starrer Roohi. The movie is made by the makers of Stree and this one too is horror-comedy.
This morning Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao each shared the primary look of the movie. Within the first look, an eerie music performs within the background adopted by the bridegrooms with their faces coated and a bride which supplies you haunting vibes. The movie is releasing on March eleventh and the trailer shall be out tomorrow. The actors have captioned the poster saying, Iss Bhootiya Shaadi mein aapka swagat hai!
Okay then, we’re actually intrigued. Check out the glimpse right here.
Roohi is directed by Hardik Mehta and written by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba, and the makers of Roohi hope to pave the best way for movies slated for a theatrical launch with the primary main 1,500 display screen plus pan-India launch this 12 months. Producer Dinesh Vijan, Maddock Movies, says “At Maddock, we are all storytellers driven by our love for cinema in all its vibrant forms. While Stree was a genre bending tale that gave audiences something never seen before, Roohi takes this vision a step further by offering the same brand of spine chilling scares and quirky comedy. With a partner like Jio Studios that shares our passion for the eponymous “bada parda”, we hope Roohi rekindles the audience’s long standing romance with the silver screen. It is a film tailor made to be viewed at your nearest theatre” Can’t look forward to this one!
